Consultant on Energy Efficiency: for energy audits, monitoring and verification, information ex-change, facility management and capacity building. The shortlisting criteria are: (1) Experience in Consultancy assignments for managing and/or implementing projects in the field of Energy Audits and energy efficiency assessments with investment potential of at least US$ 0.5 m each and with least cumulative value of $5 m in the last 10 years: (2) Proven profile of firm in conducting the assignment related to preparation of Energy Efficiency program applying good practices in various countries during the last 10 years; (3) Experience of similar assignments in comparable geographic and climactic conditions (Central Asia) during the last 10 years.
