The design and completion of a comprehensive improvement of the thermal performance of the building of the Practical Training Centre

The object of the Contract is the design and completion of a comprehensive improvement of the thermal performance of the building of the Practical Training Centre in Białogard", at ul. Mickiewicza 24 based on a functional and use programme. The scope of the Contract includes in particular the following: 1) The development of an initial time schedule of works and financing. 2) The development of design documents (engineering design, technical specifications for completion and acceptance of construction works, a take-off and cost estimate), and of a final time schedule of works and financing. 3) Obtaining all consents and permissions required by the administrative law as necessary to complete the works. 4) Completing the construction works in accordance with: the Contract signed, the guidelines contained in the functional and use programme, the developed building permit plan and the technical specifications for the completion and acceptance of construction works. 5) The development of necessary as-built and acceptance documents, obtaining all consents and permissions required by the administrative law as necessary to use the building. The scope of the Contract includes in particular the completion of the following works: thermal insulation of internal and external walls in the building, replacing windows and doors, completing a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, reconstructing the space heating and domestic hot water systems, installing tankless water heaters, replacing space heating pipes and radiators, upgrading the boiler room, installing a gas-fed condensing boiler assisted by a boiler fed with a solid fuel. Detailed specifications for this Contract are described in the functional and use programme attached to the Terms of Reference as Attachment no. 8.
